Exactly why are they being charged with "involuntary manslaughter?" I don't do any criminal law, so it is a bit out of my element, but tying a 3 year old in a cocoon and leaving him for 2 freaking days can pretty much guarantee the kid will die. INVOLUNTARY????? MANSLAUGHTER????

in general, Texas prosecutors do not hesitate going for maximum penalties.
