We???? If you never actually cook I'm not sure it's fair to say "we".

Sure, I'll be the board mom. It's better than being the fake underwear model

Do you like shrimp?

If you use canned artichokes, you don't need to cook it very long

Do you like fish? This one takes 10 minutes or less

That's all that comes to mind now.

Here is an easy beef stroganoff:

1 lb ground beef
1 family size can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms (optional)
12 oz sour cream
1 tbsp worstershire sauce
red pepper sauce like Tapatio to taste

Good over sticky rice, pasta, or baked potatoes

**Note this is the corrected version**

Pasta al Forno

1 lb. ground beef or sausage
1 can (16 or 20 oz not sure which it is) of tomato sauce
salt, pepper, oregano, basil to taste
1 16 oz. package of rigatoni
as much grated cheese of your choice as you want.

Brown ground beef or sausage. At the same time in a sauce pan, add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano and basil on low-med heat. Stir occassionaly. When the sauce starts to bubble add ground beef/sausage, mix it well and turn heat down to low.

After adding the meat to the sauce it's time to start cooking the pasta. Add 1/2 cup of olive oil to the water before bringing to a boil. (This will prevent the water from boiling over and add a nice flavor to the pasta). When the water boils, cook pasta until it's how you like it.

Drain pasta and add to the sauce. Stir well then put in a baking dish and add cheese to the top. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350* for 10 minutes.

Mangia bene! (Good eatin')

You can also do this without the meat if you'd like, but what's the point?

Here's an old mission favorite Live:

Ramen and toast

1 package Top Ramen
2 Slices Bread

Bring one pot of water to a boil (best to use a small pot as this will also serve as your bowl). Dump ramen noodles into boiling water for approx. 5 minutes. Add flavor packet to taste and stir. Carefully place 2 slices of bread into toaster. Press down on toaster button after selecting darkness. Wait approx 2 minutes. Add butter to taste. Enjoy!

Everyone knows how fast and easy spaghetti is to make. But try the same concept with different ingredients:

Instead of a jar of Prego, use a jar of tomato alfredo, or pesto
Instead of spaghetti noodles, use bow tie pasta or a different pasta
Instead of ground beef, use shrimp or cubed chicken
Instead of parmesean cheese, use romano, feta, or grate your own asiago
