I can't beleive nobody has mentioned:
Caddyshack Animal House Stripes Strange Brew Being There Pink Panther Strikes Again Agreed about Three Amigos. Everytime I see Dusty shoot the invisible swordsman, I can't help but laugh my guts out.

I would have to add Office Space and Christmas Vacation.

No "Dumb and Dumber" on here?!
I agree with Robin on Guffman, too, and Non's list makes me think of the "Putting on the Ritz" scene in Young Frankenstein. I was rolling the first time I saw that.

There are several that you have to watch multiple times to just try and keep up with the jokes:
Planes, Trains and Automobiles--Steve Martin's scene at the counter where he drops the FBomb about 30 times is an all time great scene. Airplane--Is there a funnier movie? Three Amigos--Truly just an awesome show. Anything by Christopher Guest but specifically Spinal Tap and Best in Show. As mentioned, some other very funny movies include Old School, Hot Shot, the Jerk, Office Space, Young Frankenstein and Fletch. |

I also need to include Delirious. For some reason, I have yet to meet anyone besides me who thinks it is funny. Every time I watch it I find something new to laugh about. Best John Candy movie ever. Planes, Trains and Automobiles- a CLASSIC! The rental car scene is the best, but closely followed by the scene when they get pulled over by the cop in their burned up car. |
