I think this was like a week ago.
The local news dissected it and concluded that much of it was publicity for Britney, too. You cant get into a patient's room just by showing up. And Cedars is THE hospital for movie stars, so Dr Phil showing up wasnt going to wow anyone into star-struck behavior. Clearly the Spears clan orchestrated this. Why would her family call Dr Phil to begin with? He is a TV guy and a media figure who stars in a feel-good Oprah-type show. What were they expecting? Brit is notorious for tipping off photogs here in LA. She needs help, but she also craves fame. Sad.
