Hey BruinCoug. It's good to have you here. But if you are going to achieve any kind of longevity, you need to learn to ignore Tex's braying.

No, you're talking about fornication.

She could always take the wussy way out like you did.

It's like SoCal said: one would think you would notice a pattern after a while. Then again, maybe not.

Nah. I am trying to develop an iron stomach.

Then man up, or shut up.

This post has taken an interesting turn since I last visited (and by interesting, I am totally discounting Tex's contributions, which are not).

It would be interesting to visit BYU campus, for example, and see what kinds of responsed you would get to a question like "what are your aspirations in life." I'm guessing you would get family-related answers from both sexes, but you better believe you wouldn't get much else from the women. Men would be FAR more likely to have other aspirations to throw in.

I don't think this issue is unique to LDS culture, but I bet it's stronger there than elsewhere.

Wait, I thought we were talking about sex here?

Fair enough. You're obviously new here, so let me explain: criticizing the church is bloodsport on Cougarguard. Many here draw great satisfaction from finding fault with church policy, doctrine, and/or leadership. This means they butt heads a lot with me, who doesn't like it.

I thought you were doing that, but you were instead commenting on some aspects of church culture, which is pretty much fair game, IMO. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I'll do my best. But be forewarned: this is Cougarguard. Prepare to be distorted.
