3 Hour Ride w/ Mrs. Hippie
She isn't exactly a champ at the ITT and I don't think she'll be getting any calls to be a domestique in the next TdF but she did pretty good for her first "real" road ride.

She says she's going to do a tri with me next year. I know she can do the swim, and I know she'll be able to pull off the ride, if she can just get up to a 10k run she'll be in business. From that point on it's only about going faster.
