Somehow Creek may have passed, I guess some people can slip past anything form of inspection. There must be a "grandfather" clause for certain persons.

What do you mean if such a thing actually existed. Of course it exists, it used to show up in the menu a long time ago, and someone who will remain unnamed told me that he got invited in, but was completely unwilling to tell me what kinds of things are discussed...which I think is kind of weird.
