I know I am day late.
25 miles yesterday in the heat. Upset tomach and head ache.
3 bottles of water and 1 of Gatorade. 2 Gu packets andone flat tire.
Like Arch says, a bad day on the bike is still pretty good.

I had the third longest ride yesterday. I"m rapidly moving up in the classification.

I rode 53 miles today. Which is probably equals the rest of my miles for this season.

Mild headwind on the way back home.

This is my first long ride using the aero bars. They are lifesavers. Esp. with a headwind.

I'm really pooped.

Aero bars are cool except when one is climbing. When descending they're great.

we need a ranking list for the riders here, based on published times, descriptions,etc.

ULCER will be a good gauge.

I imagine I will be closer to the bottom, but ahead of IPU of course.

Might be a good way to incentivize improvement in a fun way.

sweet! i'm tied for first place! however, i vote to be placed in a separate category of rankings to be titled... "to new to rate" i will remain in this category for the first decade of riding.
