Another gripe about bowls
Nearly every game the discussion surrounds whether or not a team is disappointed to be in that bowl or whether or not they'll be motivated to prepare and play hard.
Should this EVER be a problem in the postseason? Nobody cares about the bowls. Get rid of them. |

The only schools that care about them are the one's that have never had success like Rutgers. Or those that have been on a long drought like BYU or Notre Dame.
I still think that the bowl system serves some purpose, as long as it serves as a sort of NIt device for a playoff system. |

While it is true that I am no fun, I cannot agree that the bowl game have been good this year. There have been a ton of blowouts and mismatches.
I am excited to see your boys go up against Boise though. That will be an interesting matchup. In that sense, I guess that I am fun. |

Maybe I watched different games? Every game since Thursday has been either come-from-behind or otherwise down-to-the-wire. Combine that with several highly amusing coaching breakdowns; and with getting to watch the Ducks tarred-and-feathered... I consider it a first-rate bowl season! Although I do hate to watch USC run away with a win. |
