I have two going right now:

Flashman by George McDonald Fraser

Fallen Founder: The Life of Aaron Burr by Nancy Isenberg

I'm having a hard time with the second as I've had the "Burr was bad" mantra pounded into my head my entire life such that I find myself arguing with the book. Which really weirds out the wife and kids.

Just finished Charlie Wilson's War. I have not seen the movie but the book was interesting. The book is biographical. I liked it but if you were expecting historical fiction with dialogue you would be disappointed.
