I can't tell if you're kidding, but I like that song. A couple years ago, I heard Jennifer Lopez was going to remake that movie, but I don't know what became of it.

I don't know if it's really a power song, but "Feel Good" by the Gorillaz keeps my pace up when I'm running.

Another one that I love is Points of Authority by Linkin Park. Also One Step Closer when Chester starts screaming "Shut up when I'm talking to you!"

What it is to Burn by Finch.

The Leaving Song, Pt. 2 by AFI.
Yes, that part of "One Step Closer" is a great pump up part. I LOVE Beastie Boys, but Sabotage is really about the only real "Pump Up" song I can think of of theirs.

Some other good ones, though not quite on the same level for me:

Feels So Good by 311
Kill You by Eminem
The Way I Am by Eminem
Ambitionz Az A Ridah by 2Pac is another solid one

I could go on, but those are some recent ones I just listened to that are fresh on my mind.

It is, and I like it too.

Body Movin' (the Fatboy Slim version) is a good workout song. And if you want to go way old school, "No sleep 'til Brooklyn" isn't a bad one either.

License to Ill is probably my favorite CD ever. That whole CD is great.

My problem with the Fatboy Slim version of Body Moving, is that after a while it starts to annoy. And I am a HUGE fan of the Beastie Boys.

Fatboy Slim?

I preferred him when he was in The Housemartins.
