Default I over-peppered my food, how do I fix it?

I made a large casserole intended to last for several meals, consisting of brown rice, fish, steamed vegetables, and onion. But I added way too much seasoning. Any ideas what I can do to it?

I heard Paul Prudhome say once that all you have to do is mash up an overripe banana in it and stir.

Ice cold beer can cure it too.

I do not personally believe that you can have too much pepper.

But, probably the only way to lessen it is to add more rice to it...good luck.

Duct tape.

It's not the fix-all for no reason.

Trick question. There is no such thing as too much pepper.
