Default The Leader America Needs

I have never posted my church here, nor any of its sermons. But our lesson on Sunday was probably one of the best messages I've ever heard, from any church. They finally posted the video online. It's #4 in the ballot box series.

It's called "What kind of leader America needs." It's about Godly leadership and Godly response to leadership.

He's careful not to endorse a candidate, though after about the tenth time he says, "character is more important than charisma" and "government cannot solve all our problems," you kind of catch on as to who's got his vote.

Anyhow, it's almost 30 minutes long, if you're up for it, though I suggest skipping the end with the national anthem, as it's a rather off key rendition.

I won't be offended if y'all aren't interested, but it impressed me enough that I can't pass on the chance to share.

If he were black, he could endorse a candidate and not threaten his tax exempt status.

Plus next time I give a talk in Church, I'm untucking my shirt.

Interesting video, thanks for posting.

On an unrelated note, can you please send me more information about your Church? How to join, meeting times, etc... thanks.

I'll have the missionaries assigned to SoCal get in touch with you.

Yes. That's one of the perks of attending evangelical bubblegum megachurch. Membership is also considerably less expensive. Oh, and works are strictly optional.

Only if you claim them on your taxes. And you may not wish to, as that renders them less sacred and cheapens the contribution.
