Default I believe waterboarding should be safe, legal, and rare.

I support a CIA agent's right to choose.

The more I learn about waterboarding, the more I am impressed with American ingenuity to come up with a non-torturous way to make the most evil of men sing like a canary.

you are an idiot.

Waterboarding has been practiced for a long time. Khmer Rouge were practitioners.

In fact, the United States has prosecuted waterboarders in the past for war crimes.

You are an idiot.

Shove that chiasmus up your ass.

Was the prosecution SOLELY due to the use of waterboarding, or was it due to multiple forms of torture, in addition to the use of waterboarding?

How do you feel about partial-birth waterboarding?

Please describe waterboarding. I'm not sure exactly what it is but I assume it doesn't include standing on a board behind a boat with a tow rope in hand.

It's what they did to Jason Bourne in the Bourne Ultimatum when they were taking away his identity. They wrapped his head in plastic and dunked him under water, simulating drowning.

That's it? They make you think you'll drown? All this talk of torture got me thinking there was something good going on. There must be more to it that you aren't saying.
