I loved the old one with Gene Wilder (sp?) so I figured I'd enjoy the new one. I've liked Johnny Depp in other movies...

I did like it but it was NOTHING like I expected. The oompah loompahs are a little creepy and the whole thing is a little darker than I expected.

I still thought it was funny but if it were my first experience with the Willie Wonka story I don't think I'd be going back.
