It has some good information, and the agents are actually very helpful when you speak with them over the phone.

then again you get to wait 8 hours to see a doctor or a year for surgery that you need... There is a downside..

At least I'll see the doctor and get the surgery as opposed to being denied both due to a needs and cost analysis by some bean counter!

Now don't get testy. My crack was mostly in jest. I lived in Canada and there are some advanatages and disadvanatages to each system, in my estimation.
