Default police are giving $200 citations to

cyclists who are running stop signs around the big lake that people like to ride around.

Plus I am told it goes onto your driving record just like a car citation.

And without a driver's license, why would you give your real name?

I was hiking the Grand Canyon, when our fearless leader, who had claimed we properly permitted, [apparently we were not], was pulled over and asked to give his name. The name did not resemble the name I had seen on legal documents prepared by me for him, but apparently he had pseudonyms of which I had been previously unaware. He also had a previously unknown abode.
