Except for the fact that we gave away out of charity our rightful place on top of the Tour, it was a fantastic Tour. We had crashes, scandal, and surprises.

We saw a fresh, new victor, one could repeat many times, we saw a great team, wonderful results and a lot of heroics.

As for Rasmussen, I don't feel sorry for him. He appears to avoided necessary testing and then lied about his failures. That smells foul. Why do something that stupid. "I couldn't take them because I was in Mexico." "But you were in Italy, Lad." "Oh, well, uh...."

Vino, what were you thinking? I guess the athletes don't believe they can be caught.

The Tour will survive and thrive. Let's see more Amis succeed. Go USA, and maybe Contador can immigrate.
