Any advice? I am looking at 40"-49", LCD or plasma. I don't want to spend more than $1500 (I hear Buydig.com is good for this).

I have a few friends that have bought from http://www.vanns.com/shop

I believe they have free shipping and no tax as they are in Montana. Other than that I am no help. My biggest tv is a 27 in CRT and it is not likely to change any time soon.
