for the life of me i cant believe between fusnik, archa, mike that around 100 people have pushed the ignore button....

thats crazy to me.

The ignore feature over there seems so teenagerish. "I'm ignoring you - nyah, nyah, nyah!" I've ignored one poster in my life - trojanbob - and the reason was that for a time he had so saturated the board with his crap that I was getting sick of sifting through his posts for other stuff.

Ignoring people for having dissenting views, in my opinion, is pretty stupid. And that does seem to be the reason for a lot of the ignoring on there.

No you aren't on there unless you used to be UteForever then you are ignored by 25 people.

The ignored list used to be cool, shoeing everyone that was ignored, now you have to have over 20 ignore to show up. It was fun to track my progress. I think I was ignored by only 8 people, still not bad for only one inflammitory post. I just stay away from the subject of Merrill J Bateman and I stay out of trouble. Oh now that I brought it up, I am so glad that Master Bateman is no longer the Pres of BYU. Ok deep breaths.

I'm somewhat disappointed that I have not made the ignore list. I need to start acting like more of a jackass. Afterall if I want to discuss things with BYU fans I actually like there is this site.
