Excellent. I'm a rabid lawyer-hater - I don't even like my own lawyers and I have plenty of them (4 lawyers from two different firms working on my defamation case). That being said, it seems like there has got to a breach of contract somewhere in the middle of this whole MTN fiasco.
I personally blame David Checketts. Oh, and Rocky Anderson - I blame him for everything just on general principles. |

Maybe. But BYU and Utah could have hired a lawyer without doing a press release. At least half of this move is to flex some PR muscle and send a message to Comcast.
