Does everyone remember that he is just being prosecuted for perjury and obstruction and not the leak itself?
I thought no one was every prosecuted for perjury. Seems like someone told me that.

By the way I do feel for Russert. Cross examination is not something anyone wants to experience. Not even talk show hosts. Not even attorneys. Okay well maybe the Dr.'s for hire the insurance companies buy. Maybe not even them.
