Al Sharpton called white business owners in Harlem, "white interlopers," helping to incite a riot and the burning of the business.
Who fires him?

the advertisers fired Imus. Ultimately it was Imus who fired himself. Don't cry too much for him. I am sure that he'll hit the grounf running. After all, a lot more people know who he is now than knew who he was a week ago.

"White folks was in caves while we was building empires... We taught philosophy and astrology and mathematics before Socrates and them Greek homos ever got around to it." -- Al Sharpton in a 1994 speech at Kean College, NJ.
I bet the negative respresentation of Greek philosophers puts SU right over the top.

See, that's the problem. Now everyone knows who he is. I fear he'll become passé.
