He didn't know crap about his own team. He didn't know who TCU was playing tomorrow, and of course had no idea that ESPN Gameday was in Provo.

But he did say this to me: "Has BYU only still lost to Florida State?"

He may not know what is going on, but he sure knows how to punch a guy in the nads.

I caught a little of the Michael Irvin radio show today and they said they would be discussing BYU vs. TCU. Mildly surprised. Of course TCU is a local team and the games are on ESPN radio. But still, I am getting the impression that this game is bigger than I thought it was, to national audience.
