1) Giuliani--Spectacularly successful federal prosecutor and mayor of perhaps the world's most important city who doesn't go to church.

2) McCain--The conscience of us conservatives.

3) Romney--That he has no convictions is oddly comforting alongside Huckabee and Thompson and Clinton and Obama.

It would be too painful to rank anyone else from either party. Having to chose between them would be a nightmare.
