Seriously, the RIAA needs to slow down a bit and target those people REALLY infringing on copyrighted material. Filing a lawsuit against someone who doesn't even own a computer, or have internet, for downloading copyrighted material? Please...

Maybe the file sharing was done at work or school. Just because the family doesn't have a computer at home doesn't mean the lady named in the suit never did file sharing.
