My 3rd ride this season. I am going down a residential type street, downhill, about 26mph behind a truck.

This couple is about to step onto the street, except for the truck and then they see me.

Guy in oversized blue shirt, inbred looking MFer yells out at me as I pass, "THIS IS A STREET!"

No shit sherlock, and that's why I am riding on the F-ing street!

Question: why do these inbred POSs get to kill us, but we don't get to kill them?

Would he have preferred you were riding on the sidewalk?

You should have gone back to have a chat with him. I would think my post the other day would have inspired at least that.

I get that all the time riding to and from work. For some reason people think cyclists belong on the sidewalk. I have to say though that I've never heard it shouted by a pedestrian. That's pretty funny.
