Moron. He does not need permission to record Imagine and put it on a CD and sell it. Is he responsible for paying the copyright owner for his revenue? Yes. But that is with all songs, whether he got permission or not. Hence the advantage of being a songwriter. You get royalties.

it's funny. each of the so-called persecuted has a theory about why the "who's online" feature was disabled. It's really revealed a lot as they have reacted to it.
