The "meaningless" stat assess your ability to predict HOW the game will be won or lost, not just whether the game will be won or lost. Will BYU dominate the clock by running successfully?

Maybe for EWU the meaningless stat will be "predict number of pass attempts for Gaskins". Or something like that. So the question becomes does Bronco pull Hall, and does he allow Gaskins to throw a bit.

That is fair enough, I was only pointing out that based on your initial explanation for the stat predictions, they are WAY too determinative. If that is now how you want it, that's fine. I'll say no more, and will put more effort into them from now on. I'll admit I'm competitive. I want to win this contest. That's all.
