That's a total joke.
UNM getting 5 Offensive players on the 1st team is a joke. Brice McCain not being on the 1st team is a joke. There are a lot of jokes this year.

Anyone with a pulse knows that Harvey Unga is the best offensive player in the conference and that Bronco Mendenhall ran roughsod over the conference after replacing all of his key weapons from next year but they don't want any one individual program to monopolize the awards, it is not an anti-BYU bias it is an anti-monopoly bias and it is just that historically and presently BYU is the monopilistic winner in its conference. So it is not a conspiracy it is the underlying rules and desire to make everyone feel good.
