What I find awesome is that a BYU fan can take such pride in doing something that could ultimately harm the football team. I'm not talking about Martinez alone, as he was probably not headed to BYU anyways. But say another parent was borderline and read/saw how Mr. Martinez was 'called out' by a fan who was really just trying to 'expose' him.

Seriously, do you think Kafusi, Doman or Bronco would be thrilled and proud of you for 'doing what you think is the right thing?'

I could have blown the lid off of who was behind yfanatico, but I didn't. Why? Because it wouldn't have helped the program. Would it have hurt it? Maybe, maybe not; but it certainly wouldn't have helped it. So those identities remain secret, as one of the main actors is still on the team.

Would I have felt guilty about exposing those behind it? No, if that was the only consideration that was in play.

I could have blown the lid off an NCAA violation involving a BYU player.

But I didn't.

I could've ratted out about 20 different football players to the Honor Code Office during 1985-1987, since I lived with them and saw what kind of crap they were up to.

But I didn't.

I could have stopped reading this thread once it went in the toilet, but I didn't.

Yep. It's not a coincidence they cleared out everyone and turned it into a girls dorm. That place had a lengthy and pitiful history. That goes for non-athletes too.
