I think it is good, but they have not been tested with as good of a running back as they will see on Thursday. Did you think USCs run D was strong? They were only giving up 51 yards a game.

They have 7 players that will be first round draft picks.

Yeah they had a crazy schedule. Next year they go to UNLV, and play Portland State and Cincinatti at home, I think they learned their lesson this year.

No. Georgia will be #1 so long as Georgia wins. In the grand hierarchy of college football, the voters like USC and (insert random SEC school here) best, so most of USC's #1 votes will go to Georgia.

Just look at the current AP rankings. Both Georgia and LSU already have #1 votes. Oklahoma doesn't have any. And Georgia was only like 10 points OU to begin with. Georgia will leapfrog, assuming they don't lose.

Really? Granted, they've played Florida and Oregon State but they lost those games by something like a combined 100-14. They do have a W over mighty Weber State though.

Especially after OU loses to TCU Saturday. Magic is happening for BYU!

How did that quizz kid do against Stanford and PSU? I'm guessing that today's effort was out of the ordinary for him to this point? Not to take anything away from him, he was incredible tonight.

All I ask is that you be fair and balanced. To presume that OSU's tail back will "go crazy" on Utah is bullshit. Maybe he will, but the cocksure statement is just sickening partisanship. Odds are he won't. Utah has a good run D, and OSU has had some bad games this year. You're just a Ute hater. STFU.

Like I said, compared to what most BCS schools are scheduling, Hawaii's no pushover. Most schools aim for scheduling teams like Sam Houston State. Teams like Hawaii are too dangerous.

He was having a decent year, but nothing close to what we saw tonight....the kid and his OL put in some serious work.

heh.

That's the bad thing about this USC loss. Mandel said, in his prediction that Oklahoma and USC are "destined" for the title game, "Keep in mind that the beavers upset USC in 2006, and TCU shocked Oklahoma in Norman in 2005. Unfortunately for the underdogs, there will be no repeat of history this week."

With a joker like Mandel making that kind of prediction...
