So are the players and coaches. Maybe it's something in the caffeine free coke.

Well done sir.

There are two types of fans that Bronco hates:
1. The Casual Fan
2. The Fan with Expectations

What he wants is fans who love the team fanatically, never doubt the coaches, and never say anything negative about the players. Oh, and never ask any damn annoying questions. They can figure that crap out for themselves.
Plus they have to care more about firesides than games (priorities); remember, the worst possible season is an undefeated one, as a team requires losses to learn from, and no one likes the pressure, attention, and scrutiny of being in the limelight (and losing games must somehow help the missionary aspect of the football program). Once he gets that, he'll give BYU a solid 4 years or so before retiring early to become a professional surfer/horse-wrangler.

I know we rarely agree on anything, but in this I say Amen brother.

If BYU wins one of their next 3 games (including the bowl game)...that's 3 double digit win seasons in a row, and while yes there are things that could be improved or changed a bit here and there.....not many programs in the nation can lay claim to have 3 consecutive double digit win seasons.

on nov 22, we could quite possible have an 11-0 Utah playing a 10-1 BYU.

How often has that happened?

Not that I can ever remember. You flying in for the game?

My brother and I (the one you met at Tucanos) scored a couple of tickets so we'll be heading up as well. Should be a fun day.

I'm jealous. I'd love to be at that game. I'd love to be able to watch that game on TV too.

Thanks for the offer. I'd take you up if I lived closer.

BM is a prima dona. His success came too quickly for any of us to judge how good he is, or make him a nice guy.
