It is really more at basketball games, not too much at football games.

The "band" is a german techno DJ called Splank! that did a series of electronica/techno releases known as Zombie Nation.

The song is called Kernkraft 400. It is basically one of the all-time electronica classics, even though it is played out and almost a decade old.

Here is the video for the original mix. The version with all the oh oh in it is a remix. This original video at least has a couple of redeeming qualities.

Here's the remix version:

Triplet's version is much more visually pleasing.

I like how they put the words on the scoreboard when they play the song so there will absolutely not confusion on the song lyrics.

oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh!

That is funny. Your screenshot is the cover of the single. The artwork and layout of the single is a reference to to genesis of the riff you hear over and over in the song.

The tune was basically a rip of an old Commodore 64/Atari type video game called Lazy Jones. It was just remixed and a backbeat was added to get the single we all enjoy at every single sporting event in America today.

I looked for the original file and strangely enough, wiki actually had a version you can listen to in your browser.

Check it out.
