This never had to happen. 10 pm and two guys kiss on their way out of the plaza. The church couldn't just let them go. They had to stop them and cuff them. Well- the results were fairly predictable.

Now what was a minor issue is a big deal that the church will once again deal with on the national stage.

Once upon a time, I believe the Church was more adept at PR. It seems those earlier lessons are no longer being remembered.

When I was there, they were reported for PDA subject to discipline. PDA was verboten. It's amazing any children are conceived there.

If it was against rules at BYU, you would have never known. Because it occurred all the time.

Now the church is going to play the game where they say this has nothing to do with the couple being gay. And everyone will know it is a lie.

I have heard it said that the psychological profile of a police officer is not that different than a criminal's. (I am not endorsing this statement, merely commenting that I have heard it).

I'm guessing the two men involved are not as innocent in their part as they would like us to think. I'm sure they went there to cause trouble for the church.

Do people not understand that the owner of private property can make the rules for behavior on that property and that those rules must be followed or suffer the consequences?

Boo-freaking-hoo. No tears for the two men and kudos to the church for not acquiescing the leftist crybabies.
