Teenagers and raging hormones

In our culture, fathers often joke about performing penilectomies sans anesthetic on teenage boys who might be tempted to touch their daughters. And I admit for daughter one i probably was a slight of an ahole about it. I wrestled several of them showing how close i could come to dislocating their shoulders. But all that did was alienate the daughters so that the boys were afraid to come by the house. So I decided to warn the boys, "if you touch her, you buy her. and here's what she costs." By the time they heard how expensive little miss princess cost, they were afraid to go any where near her. Not a perfect solution but also having a teenage boy, I reminded him that yes we are tempted but my moto is, if you can't afford to pay for the child, stop acting like one. Given the aversion my son has to poverty, it has motivated him thus far.

As far as I'm concerned, I can't be a big enough of a jerk to the teenage boys that want to date my daughter.

Yeah, that's about right. I have very clean guns, as date night coincides with gun cleaning night. Funny how it works out that way.

Not at all. But as long as she's in high school, I'm going to make sure they understand the consequences of giving in to hormonal urges.
