Atheist philosopher turned sort-of Deist.

Good luck. This stuff makes my head swim. Kudos to an old guy who can change his mind despite what it might mean for his career. I don't care what he's changing it from or to, but the fact that this old guy in his 80s is still open to reevaluating his beliefs is refreshing.

I've always thought the word "atheist" is a strange way to define oneself. It implies a lack of independent guiding principles, relying only upon what it is not for substance. If you want me to be interested in you, tell me what you believe in, not what you don't believe in.

Since I stayed at Holiday Inn, I thought I might be able to imitate a philosopher. What is it you wish translated? It seems very clear to me, so what is the ambiguity, unless your inquiry was merely rhetorical.
