Do temples need better security?
Vandals angered by the passage of Prop 8 have already targeted an LDS meetinghouse... but luckily, only with spraypaint this time. I can only see this getting worse (as far as acts of vandalism go, spraypainting is pretty tame). So, do you think LDS meetinghouses need better security, or is my post much ado about nothing?

A temple? It seemed to me like it was a meetinghouse.

If the folks against Prop 8 think vandalizing an LDS church building is going to help their cause, they're mistaken. They may get some sympathy support from other like-minded bigots, but that isn't who they need to change things.
Could this be considered a hate crime?
