It's finally starting to dawn on the morons of CB that BYU isn't getting in, and will never get in to any P5.

Whatever happens to BYU, we're witnessing the impending death of the Big 12. As a group they don't get along and obviously don't even want to. If 5 teams suddenly decided to pack up and leave there will be no conference left to enforce the GOR. I think that's what's going to happen in the next couple of years if not sooner. Don't forget what happened to the old WAC-16. Something like that could easily happen again, except because the B12 only has 10 teams, when it does happen it will dissolve the conference and the dead weight like ISU and KSU will be left out in the cold. That's why expansion increases the stability of the league.

Maybe. But it most likely won't include BYU.

Maybe BYU gets to (ironically) join a sub p5 conference with the remnants of the Big 12. But it seems from what happened in the last round of Big 12 chaos that BYU felt it was too good to be lumped in with Kansas, KSU, and ISU.

This is the reaction of many BYU fans, I think, going forward.

Pride that BYU did not cave to the forces of evil.

Proud that BYU and the church continue to be aligned against rights for gays.
