Newsweek has a similar list. It's on that one.

My high school was ranked #827 on that list. I wonder how many years it took after I left to not have a negative number in the index column.

My highschool is ranked 298! I always suspected MRD and Solon were losers, now I have the evidence to back it up.

My HS is not on either list. I suspect Bloods and Crips have a negative affect on the rankings.

Your high school also has the greatest panoramic view of the Salt Lake valley from the east stands of the football field, IMO. Heck, it may be the best panoramic view of any valley in the country.

Thousand Oaks High School....testify!

http://www.usnews.com/listings/high-...sand_oaks_high

We were silver, as well.

In looking at the list, all the high schools in Irvine are Silver. Uni High, which is where the kids in Harbor Hills go, was Gold and #76 in the country.

CdM, where my wife taught, was also ranked Silver.

PS I didnt see Simi Valley HS on any of these lists....

Dallas has the 1st, 2nd, and 16th best high schools. The 1st and 2nd are in what is considered a bad school district (Dallas ISD), while the 16th is in the ritzy section of town where it it hard to find a house under a million (Highland park, ISD).

Is that the one where you did some volunteer work? The one with the microbiology club?
