FWIW, everyone around me at the game was rolling their eyes and complaining about it as a cheap tactic also.

Religion rises inevitably from our apprehension of our own death. To give meaning to meaninglessness is the endless quest of all religion. When death becomes the center of our consciousness, then religion authentically begins. Of all religions that I know, the one that most vehemently and persuasively defies and denies the reality of death is the original Mormonism of the Prophet, Seer and Revelator, Joseph Smith.

Had I been Bronco on that last play, after TCU called a timeout with only a few second left, I probably would have changed my mind about taking a knee and run Unga into the end zone.

Does anyone know what that last timeout was all about?

Good question. I have no idea.

Better yet, he fakes Unga and passes to Tonga in the flat for a TD.

My Depends stock would have gone sky high.
