Said they don't ever close down the door completely to adding members, but that there is no interest in adding anymore and they are very happy at 10 members, and perceive not having a championship game as an advantage. The subject of BYU never came up.

The one thing he said that I liked was that college football in September stinks. And that they are going to try and rectify that with SOS to get into the playoffs.

It's looking like BYU will be independent for a long time.
