surveys, questionnaires, etc. A bad question is one that is ambiguous. How do you do analysis on a question when you don't know what part of it the respondent answered or how he understood it? I understand that this survey has reasons for being ambiguous but any comparative analysis from person to person has to be called into question, IMO.
