Just saw this posted on Powerline, a montage ironically from Cali's favorite left site, HuffPo, that shows Palin to be a much more confident debater than we've seen.

I really wish we could starting seeing this version of Palin.

As for Roberts' answer on privacy, that is one of the many reasons you aren't going to see him vote to overturn Roe anytime soon (like Rehnquist). Regardless, one of the differences between his response and Palin's is that he actually knew what he was saying before responding!

Replace one of the 4 libs with another Roberts and I'd bet money Roe would get overturned.

Palin does fine in debates when she makes her affable nature and folksy charm the focus rather than policies and facts. If she gets pulled into a discussion on policies and facts, she will get creamed (unless they all involve drilling).
