Not all sociology is about class struggle. You must have read Marx and nobody else. It's about a lot of stuff which is very difficult to predict.

Are you asking me if I trust the Fed to do the right thing? Or to try? Maybe but what happens if they miscalculate? I don't believe it's as easy as stepping into a car and pushing the accelerator or hitting the breaks.

I had several majors, almost reached dual major status and then upon becoming engaged jettisoned one. The philosophy major was relegated to my minor. But for marriage I would have been an eternal student. I never intended to graduate.

The stimulus plan is working out well:

Just saw a graphic on CNN while grabbing lunch saying 56% of Americans are opposed to Obama's proposed Stimulus Part II. You think it will matter to him? Me neither.

Jobs lost from the private sector to the public sector--that's a triumph for democrats, but it is not a triumph for this country.

Government employees, especially those outside of the military, vote Democratic.

Strip the Republicans of their base by denuding the private sector of jobs.

Uh...do you know what "exiting the labor force" means? It doesn't means they lost their jobs involuntarily. "Not in labor force" means they're not looking for work.

Where do you get that these are now newly-created government jobs? Link?

To me, any job that is paid for through government taxation and borrowing is a government job. Versus a private sector job that exists because there is an actual demand for it in the real world.

Adding jobs on the backs of our children. Nice work Obama.
