Default halftime and jazz lead by 8

Check out Chir Paul's line: zero points, 5 assists, 2 TOs and 2 steals. Deron Williams' isn't that much different: 4 points, no RBs, 3 Tos and ) steals. Hard to say either guy has the advantage except on the overall score, where the 8 point lead is a pretty big deal.

Boy, Paul certainly looked like the MVP tonight.

Deron owns him head-to-head. That's 8 wins, 2 losses for Williams now.

That's great. I would not have guessed that they would beat SA and NO by comfortable margins, especially with one on the road (of course with 9 points in the 4th, they needed the margin).

Hey Mike. Thanks for putting a jinx on Paul. Four points in 33 minutes.

IF any of you saw the game, what did the 4th feel like? Were the Jazz in trouble or were htye just playing out a game that was well in hand?

The Jazz went very cold midway through the fourth. I think they went around ten minutes without scoring. New Orleans was able to get the lead down to 9 or 10, but the Jazz were able to milk the clock (even though they couldn't score), and get a few offensive rebounds, which helped a lot.

It was an ugly fourth, but the Jazz's play late in the 2nd and early in the 3rd made up for it.

I believe they were up by 20 going into the fourth. I suspect there wasn't too much doubt.

It appears Leb has me on ignore.

How unfortunate.

Good win for Utah. That was an ugly game. It was so out of control for parts it looked like a WNBA game. Too bad the Lakers couldn't capitalize on the NOLA loss.
