Glad to know that I'm not alone in my thinking.
Should the Knicks win the lottery, I'll add that to the long list of reasons why the NBA sucks.

Miami doesn't deserve to win the lottery, so I hope they don't. They already have Wade, and Marion, they don't need another player down there. I hate tankers. Karma is a bitch, and I hope it smacks them. Same goes for Seattle and Memphis. Seattle should be Karma smitten for moving away to Oklahoma. Memphis should automatically forfeit their pick for essentially giving the Lakers a title. Of all the teams that should get it at the top, Minnesota should because they are truly bad. Then again, maybe they should get Karma smacked as well since they basically gave away KG for next to nothing. Then again, I don't want them to win it, because they are a division foe of the Jazz. The Knicks franchise is so inept that even they could probably find a way to screw the pick up. With the highest payroll in the league, they shouldn't be in the discussion for #1. And yet they are. The Clippers had the bad luck of having Elton Brand go down with an injury, as well as Shaun Livingston right when they actually looked like they might put together a decent team. |

The Warriors would win the lottery if they felt like it, becasue they can when they feel like it, but they just don't right now.
