Junkie...it sounds like things are at 5.5 to 5.75% now...is that what you are seeing now?

My loan comes out of underwriting tomorrow. The guy I was working with at Wells Fargo wouldn't release the FHA case number until his boss did it today I guess. I have no idea what it is at... I'm stressed out, which is funny because I can't control it, I'm just really hoping at worst my rate will be at 5.75. We close on Tuesday. I guess we'll lock the rate on Monday?

He told me that last night... that sucks.. although he told me on FHA i still might be able to get 5.50. here's to hoping.

.5 bump to the rate and 1.125 to yield spread (how much I get paid) I lost a lot of money the past few days playing the market. I feel like BYU71.

my guy locked me the day before yesterday at 5.50% so i'm happy about the rate, i think rates were a little bit lower than that at that time, but i can't complain. he was under the gun with the amount of time given and he's had decent communication throught the whole process.
