Isreal has 1000 nukes they can't use due to the proximity of their targets. I guess "can't" probably isn't totally accurate, but pretty close. If Israel nuked their neighbors, they'd have to find someone new to hate.

The way to tell is whether she have ever self-identified as Iranian. I have known many people who are either from Iran or whose parents are from Iran. None of them have EVER said they were Iranian. They will tell you they are Persian, and correct you if you call them Iranian. Seriously.
