I am strongly in the opinion A is the answer. That being said I don't think they are always right and I think they would agree with me. (about the other GA's, not themselves)

Who knows anything about their intelligence levels.

I believe they are usually devoted, reasonably effective and efficient leaders who have convictions as to the work they are doing. Some may be very intelligent, some may be reasonably intelligent. One might suppose they are all more intelligent than I. However, their leadership and position is NOT linked directed or correlated directly with intelligence, but more with administrative leadership and devotion to Church policy.
